When I ordered the dress, I took my measurements to send a message to the dressmaker, the woman who contacted me about my measurements asked me clarifying questions and everything went so smoothly! They were quick and the dress arrived in a timely manner and I thought it was a fantastic deal for the beautiful dress I received. My MiL sent me a video of the dress so I could see it before I returned to the states and I could see the details of the lace, but I was shocked that it fit so well when I finally got to try it on. The dress is a little heavy because of all the layers of material, but I was hoping that overall it would still be comfortable enough to spend hours and hours in- from our ceremony to the reception. So thankful things worked out exactly how I needed it to.

Fairy Princess dreams achieved!
So I’m not a big fan of the popular prom dresses so I started looking online and oh boy was I hype when I found this. I was nervous though so let me tell you, there’s no wonky hems, no weird stitching, nothing weird or wrong. It came in literally the day before prom but it came in! I looked good and got tons of compliments. A little warning because I didn’t fully realize it, the underskirt is short but yeah if you’re thinking about it do it I love this dress.

3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:

9, Custom taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress,and pull the tape across the fullest prrt of the bust.
WAIST
Bend to one side to find the crease,that's your natural waist.Pull tapr across the narrowest part and keep tape slightly losse to allow for breathing room.
HIP
Stand straight and pull tape across the widest part of the hips and rear, if butt is bigger than hip, please give us butt too.
Hollow to Hem
Stand up straight with shoes on and measure from the the center of the collarbone,down to where the hem of the dress shouldhit(excluding anytrain).
